CONTENT7-QUESTION BUYER GUIDE
01 / THE SITUATION
WHAT NEEDED TO CHANGE
Luxury property websites often separate atmosphere from useful information: imagery becomes a slideshow, specifications become a brochure, and the visitor has no coherent path through either. The challenge was to create emotional presence while keeping every property claim qualified, sourced and genuinely useful.
02 / THE RESPONSE
THE DECISIONS WE MADE
I designed and built a layered experience around the way a place is discovered: arrival, landscape, residence, club and practical consideration. A day-to-dusk hero, editorial scroll narrative, draggable aerial, residence collection, filterable gallery, buyer guide and source notes all work as one continuous system.
03 / THE RESTRAINT
WHAT WE CHOSE NOT TO DO
I deliberately did not imitate a live sales portal or invent pricing, availability and performance claims. Published interiors are labelled as reference imagery, historical specifications are dated, and every enquiry path leads to the official DLF website. The concept is clearly identified as independent throughout.
DELIVERY, NOT JUST OUTPUT
WHAT EACH STAGE HAD TO RESOLVE.
The work is shown as a sequence of decisions and deliverables, including the constraints that shaped the finished experience.
01
RESEARCH + BOUNDARIES
The work began by separating stable project history from information that could change. This established what the concept could explain, what needed a date or source and what had to remain with the official property channel.

02
NARRATIVE ARCHITECTURE
The property story was arranged as an arrival followed by increasingly practical layers. The homepage carries atmosphere and orientation; the residences route supports closer consideration without repeating the same content.

03
VISUAL + INTERACTION SYSTEM
Typography, image scale, colour and motion were tested as one system. Each interaction had to reveal a change in time, place or information rather than functioning as decoration.

04
BUILD + RESPONSIVE QA
The concept was developed and tested across desktop and mobile layouts, keyboard navigation and reduced-motion preferences. Remote imagery was treated as a performance and availability dependency, not an invisible assumption.

EXPERIENCE ARCHITECTURE
FROM FIRST IMPRESSION TO INFORMED CONSIDERATION.
01
A CINEMATIC ARRIVAL
A restrained golden-hour composition establishes place before detail. The visitor can shift from daylight to afterglow, making time and atmosphere part of the interface.
02
A SPATIAL NARRATIVE
The address unfolds in architectural sequence: skyline, gardens, golf landscape, residences and club. Varied scale and pace replace the feeling of a conventional property catalogue.
03
INTERACTION WITH A JOB
A draggable aerial, contextual carousels, gallery filters, image enlargements and expandable guidance invite exploration while keeping controls legible and keyboard-aware.
04
DETAIL WITHOUT CLUTTER
The collection, published size range, outdoor living, outlook and interior approach are organised into small, readable moments rather than one dense specification block.
05
TRUST BUILT INTO CONTENT
Every material claim is tied to a documented source. Historic information is dated, published interiors are qualified and current availability is intentionally left to DLF.
06
A RESPONSIVE SECOND CHAPTER
A dedicated residences page moves from atmosphere to consideration, extending the system without duplicating the homepage or breaking its visual rhythm.
SCREEN-BY-SCREEN EXPERIENCE
THE WEBSITE, NOT JUST THE MOODBOARD.
Key interface moments from the live build, presented in sequence to show how the visual system changes across content, interaction and intent.

DESIGN SYSTEM IN USE
ONE LANGUAGE. DIFFERENT MOMENTS OF ATTENTION.
The interface moves between immersion and evidence without changing personality. Oversized editorial typography carries atmosphere; compact labels, clear controls and factual modules bring the visitor back to orientation.

RESEARCH + PROVENANCE
CREDIBILITY WAS TREATED AS PART OF THE DESIGN.
The project separates editorial interpretation from property fact. Every material source is credited, historical claims are dated, image use is disclosed and the experience repeatedly identifies itself as an independent concept.

RISKS + RESPONSES01
INFORMATION CAN AGE
Property specifications, availability and commercial details can change. The concept dates historical information, avoids live-sales claims and directs current enquiries to DLF.
02
PHOTOGRAPHY NEEDS CONTEXT
Published interior imagery can be mistaken for a single standard specification. Captions and disclosures identify it as reference material and preserve the distinction between editorial atmosphere and property fact.
03
SCOPE CAN DILUTE THE JOURNEY
A property of this complexity could become an encyclopaedia. The second route and expandable buyer guide protect the main narrative while keeping deeper information available.
04
REMOTE ASSETS CAN FAIL
The portfolio presentation depends on project-hosted imagery. Responsive sizing, restrained loading priority and readable interface copy keep the experience understandable when bandwidth or asset delivery is imperfect.
LESSONS + NEXT STEPS01
TRUST IS AN INTERFACE DECISION
Source labels, dates and clear boundaries are not legal footnotes added at the end. They shape hierarchy, language and interaction from the beginning.
02
DEPTH NEEDS ITS OWN RHYTHM
Serious consideration required a second route rather than a longer homepage. The separation made both the emotional introduction and the practical material easier to understand.
03
THE NEXT ITERATION NEEDS REAL BEHAVIOUR
A commissioned version should validate the sequence with prospective-resident interviews and real enquiry data before adding further interactive features.
The outcome is a complete, responsive two-route experience that demonstrates how rigorous research, art direction, interaction design and front-end development can turn a complex property story into a calm, memorable journey—without sacrificing clarity or provenance.
