HOW I WORK

FROM THE STUDIO’S INSTINCT TO A DIGITAL EXPERIENCE THAT FEELS INEVITABLE.

A website is built together. I bring one integrated design-and-development process; your team brings the knowledge that makes the result unmistakably yours.

SET THE BRIEF

We begin with discovery, positioning and a focused review of your current digital presence. The aim is to understand the clients you want, the work you want to be known for, the commercial role of the website and the constraints that could affect delivery.

ALIGN · WEEK 01
YOUR STUDIO BRINGS

Share business context, priorities, existing analytics, competitor references and honest constraints. Nominate the people who can approve the brief and supply content.

PRIYESH LEADS

Lead the workshop, audit the current experience, define the audience and turn the discussion into a concise brief, measurable priorities and a realistic roadmap.

SHAPE THE JOURNEY

Before styling screens, we resolve content, architecture and the order in which the studio should be understood. Services, projects, point of view and enquiry paths become one coherent visitor journey, with content gaps exposed before they become launch delays.

STRUCTURE · WEEKS 02—03
YOUR STUDIO BRINGS

Confirm the project shortlist, provide available photography and source material, and review the proposed hierarchy against real client conversations.

PRIYESH LEADS

Create the sitemap, page flows and content model; edit repetition; identify missing proof; and provide a practical content checklist with owners and deadlines.

FIND THE DIGITAL LANGUAGE

Typography, image behaviour, colour, layout and motion are composed into a responsive visual system that belongs to your practice—not a borrowed trend. Decisions are tested on real project material rather than idealised placeholders.

DESIGN · WEEKS 03—05
YOUR STUDIO BRINGS

Give consolidated feedback at agreed checkpoints, assess whether the direction feels true to the studio and secure any outstanding image permissions.

PRIYESH LEADS

Lead art direction, interaction and responsive design; explain the reasoning behind major decisions; and resolve feedback as a system across pages and devices.

MAKE IT REAL

The approved direction becomes a responsive, accessible and performant website. Real copy and imagery are integrated early; development, CMS behaviour, analytics and search foundations are tested together rather than added at the end.

BUILD · WEEKS 05—08
YOUR STUDIO BRINGS

Review private builds at milestones, supply final approved content and test the experience with the people who will maintain or use it after launch.

PRIYESH LEADS

Develop the front end, configure content systems, implement analytics and technical SEO, and run responsive, browser, accessibility and performance quality assurance.

HAND OVER WITH CLARITY

Final content, redirects, metadata, forms, analytics and device checks are completed before the production move. Launch is treated as a controlled transition, followed by observation and fixes—not the moment the relationship disappears.

LAUNCH · WEEKS 09—10
YOUR STUDIO BRINGS

Approve final content and domain changes, attend handover and identify the team members who need access or training after launch.

PRIYESH LEADS

Manage the release checklist, document the system, provide training, monitor the live experience and resolve launch issues during the agreed care period.

THE WORKING AGREEMENT

ENOUGH STRUCTURE TO MOVE WITH CONFIDENCE. ENOUGH OPENNESS TO DISCOVER SOMETHING BETTER.

COMMUNICATION

One weekly working session, a shared project space and concise async updates. You always know what is moving, what is waiting and what decision comes next.

FEEDBACK

Feedback is collected at defined checkpoints and discussed against the agreed brief. This keeps decisions focused and avoids design by committee.

CONTENT

Your team owns the expertise; I help shape it for the web. We define content responsibilities at the start and test with real material before development is complete.

AFTER LAUNCH

You receive training, documentation and a 30-day care period. Ongoing design and development support can continue where it adds genuine value.

A clear process. Enough room for surprise.
